Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of Daimonata, including assistants, memory, tools, groups, dracmas, payments, and AI features operated by Daimonata.
Estia and restaurant orders
Estia organizes menus, recommendations, and orders, but the restaurant is responsible for availability, preparation, ingredients, allergens, collection, delivery, quality, and food-safety compliance. Daimonata does not process or reconcile order payments: cash, transfer, or in-person card payments are arranged with the merchant. The Daimon may only repeat information declared in the menu and does not replace direct confirmation with the restaurant for allergies or restrictions. Prices are validated at quote time, and a Daimon proposal never confirms an order or changes its price.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, signing in, using Daimonata, or accepting these terms during registration, you enter into an agreement with Daimonata for use of the service. If you use Daimonata on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Account and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must provide truthful information, keep your email current, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for account activity, including access caused by your negligence. We may request reasonable verification, block suspicious access, or help recover accounts when there is a security risk.
Permitted use
You may use Daimonata to create assistants, chat, organize ideas, use tools, store knowledge, and collaborate with groups. You must comply with applicable law, respect third-party rights, and use the service in good faith without interfering with its availability, security, or normal operation.
Prohibited use
You may not use Daimonata for abuse, fraud, harassment, exploitation, malware, spam, impersonation, abusive scraping, unauthorized reverse engineering, limit evasion, intellectual-property infringement, illegal content, or instructions that facilitate real-world harm. Selling, sublicensing, or reselling access without written authorization is also prohibited.
User content
You remain the owner of, or responsible for, content you submit, upload, generate, store, or share. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license, revocable through your account controls, to host, process, transmit, display, and transform that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve Daimonata.
Assistants, memory, and groups
Assistants, instructions, memory, documents, groups, and settings you create may influence future responses. You are responsible for reviewing what information you store, share, or enable for each assistant or group, especially if it includes personal, confidential, or third-party data.
AI, accuracy, and important decisions
Daimonata uses AI models that may produce incomplete, incorrect, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable responses. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, psychological, professional, or safety advice. You should verify outputs before relying on them, especially in sensitive or high-impact contexts.
Tools and integrations
Some features may search information, process documents, call APIs, run tools, or connect with external providers. You are responsible for reviewing inputs, permissions, and results before relying on them. Third-party services may have their own terms, availability, limits, and policies.
Operations, monitoring, and support
To administer Daimonata, we may log, measure, and review service activity, consumption, transactions, integrations, errors, support, content, and metadata associated with accounts or sessions. Internal access is limited to authorized team members and is used to operate the service, resolve issues, respond to support, audit payments, protect accounts, prevent abuse, meet obligations, and improve stability or features.
Dracmas, plans, payments, and refunds
Daimonata may offer free limits, dracmas, packs, rewards, subscriptions, or Plus plans. Prices, benefits, quotas, expirations, taxes, and availability may change. Payments are processed through external providers such as MercadoPago when enabled. Unless required by law or expressly stated, consumed purchases, promotional credits, and used balances are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
Daimonata, its marks, design, software, interface patterns, documentation, and infrastructure belong to their owners. These terms do not transfer service rights to you. You may not copy, modify, exploit, resell, decompile, or extract substantial parts of the service unless expressly authorized or legally permitted.
Availability, changes, and beta
Daimonata is still in beta development. You may encounter bugs, changes, or some turbulence while we keep refining the experience; we appreciate your patience and ongoing feedback. The official v1.0 launch is currently planned for December 27, 2026. The service may change, pause, degrade, or be interrupted due to maintenance, incidents, providers, model changes, technical limits, or product decisions. We may modify features, limits, costs, models, integrations, or policies to improve stability, security, compliance, or viability. The planned v1.0 date is a product goal and does not create a guarantee of continuous availability or a contractual launch promise.
Credentials and sensitive information
Avoid sharing passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, private keys, or other highly sensitive information unless a secure and explicit app feature requires it. No one on the Daimonata team will ask you for those credentials or personal codes. We do not request passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, or personal credentials over chat, informal support, social media, or unverified messaging. If someone asks for them in Daimonata's name, treat it as a security risk and do not share that information.
Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts, features, or content if we detect abuse, security risk, breach, illegal activity, payment problems, third-party claims, or use that may harm people, Daimonata, or the service. When reasonable, we will try to explain the reason and offer a contact path.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Daimonata is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with all uses, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daimonata will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, interruptions, decisions made from AI outputs, or third-party actions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
If your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms causes claims, damages, costs, or liabilities involving third parties, you agree to cooperate reasonably and indemnify Daimonata to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will show the current version on this page and, for material changes, may request renewed acceptance or provide notice through reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated version.
