Version 2026-06-01

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Daimonata collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects data while operating the service and its AI assistant features.

Controller and scope

This policy explains how Daimonata handles personal data while operating the service, including the web app, assistants, groups, memory, tools, payments, support, and related features. It applies to registered users, visitors, and people interacting with shared Daimonata content.

Account data

We may collect name, email, Firebase identifiers, sign-in provider, language, approximate time zone, preferences, plan, dracmas balance, legal acceptance, account status, and records needed to authenticate you, protect your account, and provide the service.

Content and activity

We process prompts, messages, responses, assistants, instructions, memory, documents, files, groups, knowledge, favorites, settings, history, tool usage, and metadata needed to show conversations, route requests, calculate usage, sync devices, and maintain continuity.

Google and Gmail integrations

If you connect a Gmail account, Daimonata may access messages, threads, senders, subjects, dates, labels, snippets, email body, and metadata needed to show your Inbox, summarize messages, prioritize them, and prepare drafts under your permissions. Daimonata does not send emails on your behalf in this version. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, data sale, advertising profiles, or general model training.

Technical data

We may process logs, IP address, browser type, operating system, session identifiers, errors, performance metrics, security events, and aggregated or pseudonymized usage data for stability, abuse prevention, diagnostics, support, and product improvement.

Operational telemetry and internal access

To operate Daimonata, authorized team members may access internal dashboards with statistics, telemetry, activity records, dracmas transactions, consumption, integrations, support, generated content, messages, files, and metadata associated with accounts or sessions. We use this access with internal controls for support, billing, security, debugging, audit, abuse prevention, incident diagnosis, service health, and feature improvement. Optional analytics may be disabled from Settings when available, but certain essential operational records are retained and processed to provide, protect, and administer the service.

Purposes of use

We use data to create and maintain accounts, provide AI features, store history, personalize assistants, process payments, apply limits, detect abuse, respond to support, meet legal obligations, improve performance, develop features, and communicate relevant service changes.

Memory and personalization

If memory is enabled, Daimonata may store useful context to personalize future responses. You can adjust memory, optional analytics, future training, and auto-delete controls from Settings when those options are available for your account.

AI and providers

To generate responses or run tools, Daimonata may send prompts, content, files, relevant context, and minimal metadata to providers of AI models, infrastructure, search, document processing, authentication, databases, hosting, analytics, monitoring, email, or payments. We limit these transfers to what is needed to provide and protect the service.

Payments, dracmas, and billing

When you purchase or use dracmas, packs, or plans, we store balance, usage, reward, checkout, subscription, billing, tax, payment event, and fraud-prevention records. Processors such as MercadoPago may handle data under their own policies and terms.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for session, security, language, theme, preferences, interface state, and app functionality. Daimonata is not designed around third-party advertising tracking in this version.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with providers operating under instructions, services you connect or enable, legal authorities when required, parties needed to protect rights and safety, legitimate corporate transaction participants, or others with your explicit consent.

International transfers

Daimonata may operate with infrastructure and providers located in different countries. When data is processed outside your jurisdiction, we use reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational measures to protect it according to this policy and applicable law.

Retention

We retain data while your account is active, while needed to provide features, meet obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, or support payment records. You can request deletion, although limited records may be retained when there is a legitimate or legal basis.

Your controls and rights

You can request access, correction, export, portability, restriction, or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. You can also manage available preferences from Settings. Some requests may require identity verification and may be limited by security, fraud, payments, technical backups, or legal requirements.

Security

We apply reasonable measures to protect data, including authentication, access rules, monitoring, permission separation, and trusted providers. No system is completely secure; if you suspect unauthorized access, contact us as soon as possible.

Minors

Daimonata is not directed to minors without appropriate authorization. If we detect an account created by a minor without required authorization, we may limit or delete it. If you are a legal guardian and want to report an account, contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product, provider, regulatory, or security-practice changes. We will show the current version on this page and, for material changes, may provide notice or request renewed acceptance.
